Processing & Production Times
Please note that many of our pieces are made-to-order, resized, or customized.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Processed and dispatched within 3 business days.

Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Require 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship all domestic orders via FedEx or USPS. For your security, all shipments over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery. We cannot waive this signature requirement under any circumstances.

P.O. Boxes: We can only ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. FedEx delivery is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Insurance: Every single shipment is 100% fully insured through a trusted third-party luxury insurance provider until it reaches your doorstep.
International Shipping
We currently ship to a select, curated list of international countries. If you are located outside of the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us via email for a custom shipping quote and verification.

Duties & Taxes: International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes levied by their destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Because our shipments are fully insured, we will work directly with our insurance provider and the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement as quickly as possible.
